MobilePric BR respects copyright and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). MobilePric BR may, under appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are deemed to be infringing copyright.
Copyright Infringement Notification Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, you may notify our Designated Agent in accordance with the procedure set forth by the DMCA. To be effective, the notification must include:

Action to be taken in case of notification of an infraction.
Upon receiving a valid notification of copyright infringement, MobilePric BR will endeavor to take reasonable steps to remove the infringing material and notify the user responsible for uploading the content. MobilePric BR may, at its discretion, also terminate that user's account if it deems it appropriate.
